the burgers it’s all about the Hot Dogs at Superette’s latest pop-up. Following a pretty impressive Sunday Roast pop-up at the Castle Gibson joint in Dalston the team are heading back to F.Cooke Pie & Mash shop on Broadway Market for four dog dates – and there was Florence thinking the Dog days were over?!

The dogs are 100% beef (No Lips and No Arse – we have it in writing), smoked with beechwood and served in a freshly baked bun from E5 Bakehouse. There will be four on offer – The Chicago (sausage with pepperoncini, tomatoes, gherkins,onions, neon relish) Classic NY, Korean (BBQ Pork Belly, Kimchee Chilli, Kewpe Mayo and Crispy Shallots in a demi Brioche Bun) and a veggie option. We’ll take the Korean!

What’s more the team have taken over the launderette opposite to create a fully licensed pop-up bar.
