Cult ramen supper club Supa Ya Ramen, run by Luke Findlay, is going permanent with a 16-cover restaurant opening on Hackney Road this year. After working at the likes NOPI, Patty & Bun and Berber & Q, Findlay started hosting weekly Supa Ya Ramen supper clubs in his home kitchen before running a string of successful pop-ups and takeovers.

The Hackney Road restaurant will feature a menu of three signature ramens and a weekly rotating special. The regular bowls will be roast chicken and buttered corn with chicken soup and smoked miso; salt beef & pickles with chicken soup, smoked bacon fat and house chilli paste; and roast celeriac & fried garlic with root vegetable & sea salt soup and charred spring onion oil. And it’s BYOB too, so don’t forget your bevs.
