Dynamic Vinyasa Flow is their signature style, which we can safely say works you thoroughly, and with each teacher adding their own little twists, you never get a boring session. They even make time for more restorative and Yin classes for when you want to slow it down a little.
“Our teachers are normal people. We like to socialise, have fun, we work/play hard, but we also get up and find space on our mats each day,” says Carl, founder of Stretch.
