Sheep have returned to their flock with a brand new album ‘Not Real’, for real. The terrific trio follow up their roaring debut ‘Into the Diamond Sun’ with a fine-tuned focus and raison d’être. The girls draw on 50’s exotica and 80’s pop to construct a distinct ‘medieval-kraut-folk’ ambiance over the self-produced LP. Percussion, beats and trigger samples play a major part in the EWE-nique sound. ‘Not Real’ is an exploration of balance; fact and fiction, Reality and fantasy, realised with sunny melodies and resonating harmonies.
