Staropramen is turning 150 years old and to celebrate, the Czech beer is hosting a special supper club at Somerset House with Michelin-star chef Oldrich Sahajdák of Prague’s La Degustation. The menu has been inspired by the 19th century but given a modern twist, with the likes of sweet dumplings with poppy seeds and candied rhubarb topped pork making an appearance.
Naturally, there’ll be a lot of beer to go with the four-course menu, and you can get it all for just £5.05 (that’s £150 in Czech Koruna) so it’s a right bargain!
