Both Cafe Murano and SMEG share a passion for the food and produce of Northern Italy, so the two are teaming up for a pasta masterclass at the SMEG kitchen theatre inside their flagship store on Regent St, St James’s. The masterclass, led by Angela and Cafe Murano Executive Chef Sam, will start with drinks and arancini, before a demo on how to make egg pasta from scratch, including a variety of pasta shapes, finishing with time for questions and a chance to browse around the store.
The £80 ticket includes all food and drink, the masterclass and a VIP gift bag featuring pasta, sauces and other treats from Cafe Murano and SMEG. So if you’ve always wanted to learn how to make pasta (from a legendary chef no less), get booking pronto.
