Served sharing-style, the exclusive menu will include Venison Kothu Roti, Masala Fried Mackerel, and Jaffna Roasted Lamb Shank with Rasa, Coconut Rice and Pumpkin Raita, with the original Hoppers Watalappan dessert also making a comeback. And because it’s not a birthday party without booze, Hoppers has teamed up with Dandelyan main man Ryan Chetiyawardana to create drinks using Sri Lankan spirits.
