St Christopher’s Place is well and truly getting in the spring spirit this year by adding a video installation to their annual garden showcase. To celebrate the spring equinox, ‘Spring Rites’, a film created by floral designer Flora Starkey in collaboration with Prettybird UK’s Juliette Larthe. This shows flowers go from seedlings to full bloom in a beaut time lapse, by blending elements of fashion and modern art that will be projected onto huge screens in the piazza. Florals for spring…it just works.
The film will be screened continuously for five days but if you head down to St Christopher’s Place on launch night (20 March, 4pm – 8pm), many of the shops and restaurants the area are running spesh spring offers for the occasion. You can even WIN a £500 shopping spree, so that’s your spring wardrobe sorted.
