Manchester four-piece Spring King are keeping the music coming with new single ‘Detroit’, taken from their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Tell Me If You Like To’. It’s easy to see why the track is such a live favourite; it’s got the signature reverb and heavy guitars in spades as well as being surprisingly upbeat and very easy to sing along to. Fuzzy, raw, frenetic and cheerful all at once…quite an achievement if you ask us. Spring King are playing a handful of festivals towards the end of summer, including Reading & Leeds and Bestival, but they’re also touring around the country in October, so you’ll have plenty of chances to catch them live.
