After opening briefly at JOY at Portobello, the restaurant and farm shop opened by Stevie Parle and Tom Dixon, pop-up venue Spiritland at JOY is back for another six-week run. Taking over the warehouse space underneath the main part of JOY, the space will be decked out like a psychedelic lounge featuring a JBL sound system from Spiritland.
The audio experts are also in charge of the programming, with a line-up of talks, live jazz and DJ sets featuring the likes of Norman Jay MBE, Roland Gift, Dennis Bovell, The Irene Serra Quartet, Tara Minton, Patrick Forge, Nancy Noise, Severino and Justin Robertson, plus a Terry Farley Saturday residency. Poon’s London will be providing the food with Biercraft supplying the drinks alongside a collab cocktail menu from Spiritland and The House of Suntory. BRING ON THE PARTY PEOPLE.
