Sophie’s Steakhouse is expanding with a second site in Soho opening this November inside the former Moulin Cinema. The all-day spot will have a terrace, a restaurant and bar, a steakhouse with an open kitchen and a kiosk with a built-in smoker for takeaway dishes, with all the beef being dry aged and butchered in-house before hitting that big open grill. Naturally steaks will dominate the menu but the Sophie’s team will also be serving up veggie and fish dishes like Cornish turbot with sorrel butter and scallops from the fire with garlic butter, so there’ll be plenty for the non-carnivores to enjoy too. Bring on the meat sweats.
