Musician Tim Arnold, who started the Save Soho campaign that works to protect arts and music venues in the area from closure (saving Madame Jojo’s was one of their successes), has produced the Soho Is… documentary and it’s premiering on YouTube this week. The film, features interviews conducted by Tim and co-director Kevin Godley with well-known lovers of Soho, including Stephen Fry, June Brown, Marc Almond, Terry Gilliam, Jools Holland and Robert Elms, alongside footage captured by Tim during his Save Soho campaign work. We may not be able to go to Soho right now but it can come to us.
