Soane’s Kitchen is teaming up with rehabilitation charity Switchback for a social supper where the menu is prepared and served by ex-offenders from the Switchback programme. The men involved in the event will take part in a work taster at the restaurant to lean the skills needed to create the dishes for the dinner. The menu includes asparagus with hazelnut butter and crispy quails egg, pan seared cod with nettle pesto and jersey royals, and buttermilk cheesecake with blood orange jelly. The £50 ticket covers your food and drink and you’ll be supporting a great initiative whilst you’re at it.
