It’s going to be a right old fiesta at Snackbar in Dalston this Sunday as Nick Fitzgerald of Tacos Padre is heading into the kitchen to cook up a Mexican feast. The £35 set menu includes dishes like red guacamole & tostadas, michelada oysters, fish tacos, 28-day aged ribeye with salsas & tortillas, and sweetcorn tres leches cake with salted caramel, and of course, the forzen margs will be flowing as well.
