If the Willy’s Pies BBQ collabs weren’t enough for you, Snackbar is continuing its series of BBQ parties this August and September, so you’ll have plenty of chances to get some grilled grub. For the second (and hopefully sunnier) half of the summer, Snackbar will be welcoming a selection of guest chefs from some of the city’s best restaurants into their backyard for a Sunday evening BBQ – what a way to end the weekend.
It’ll kick off on Sun 13th August when Julian Denis of Facing Heaven in London Fields will be cooking up a Los Angeles-inspired menu of street food dishes. Expect to see the likes of duros, chamoy fruit salad, elote and LA street dogs. Here’s what the rest of the line-up looks like:
