Forget drinking booze out of a bottle or glass because Smith & Sinclair have created a new kind of cocktail bar. Popping up in Carnaby for a month, The Flavour Rooms features edible perfume workshops, cocktail vapours and edible bubbles, boozy negroni and pina colada dib dabs long with alcoholic pastille pick ‘n’ mix. Once you’ve eaten all that alcohol, you can let your imagination run wild at the Tanqueray Experimental Garnish Bar, where you can garnish your own cocktails with everything from gin oils to perfumes to spherification balls that pop in the mouth. Who said sweet shops were for kids?
