SKYE GYNGELL TO OPEN SPRING TO GO FARM SHOP IN NOTTING HILL

After launching an online shop during the first lockdown (which is still running deliveries now) Skye Gyngell is taking Spring To Go IRL with a farm shop in Notting Hill. The shop will be stocked with produce from Fern Verrow and Heckfield Home Farm, including seasonal veg, milk, cheese, oils, eggs, pickles, preserves and cordials, as well as natural wines curated by Spring’s sommelier Monique Ziervogel.

The Spring team will also be providing baked goods, like walnut & raisin loaves, iced buns, and barm brack for the shop alongside meals like poached chicken with sourdough dumplings & winter greens and spring nettle tagliolini with wild garlic & walnut sauce. And there’ll be a counter in the shop for you to pick up coffees, hot chocs, cakes and buns to have on the go.

And Skye isn’t stopping at food; she’s got natural skincare from Wildsmith, biodynamic soap from Saipua and arrangements from florist Kitten Grayson in there too, so it literally is your one-stop-shop.

Opens early May 2021
