After launching an online shop during the first lockdown (which is still running deliveries now) Skye Gyngell is taking Spring To Go IRL with a pop-up shop on Redchurch Street. The shop will be stocked with produce from Fern Verrow and Heckfield Home Farm, including seasonal veg, milk, eggs, kefir butter, pickles, preserves and cordials, as well as homemade liquors and wines curated by Spring’s sommelier Monique Ziervogel.

The Spring team will also be providing baked goods, like walnut & raisin loaves, mince pies, panettone bread & butter pudding, sticky date loaf with butterscotch glaze, and white chocolate & rosemary nougat, for the shop alongside homemade pasta and sauces, and meals like sweet potato gratin with red cabbage and borlotti beans with tomatoes & anchovies. And there’ll be a counter in the shop for you to pick up coffees, hot chocs, pasties and buns to have on the go.

And Skye isn’t stopping at food; she’s got natural skincare from Wildsmith, limited edition collab homeware from The Yellow World and arrangements from florist Kitten Grayson in there too, so it literally is your one-stop-shop.
