Seabird, the rooftop restaurant perched on the 14th floor of The Hoxton Southwark, is launching their Sky-High brunch on Sundays and it sounds like it’ll be truly boozy. There’ll be sharing cocktails, including ‘On Porpoise’ (tequila, Martini Bitter, rhubarb, strawberry & basil sherbet and soda) and ‘White Whale Sangria’ (white port, white vermouth, lemongrass and blood orange & elderflower tonic), served from large fish-shaped ‘Gluggle Jugs’, and a Martini Mountain centrepiece by The Botanist Gin in place for the whole of May.

The food menu is full of Mediterranean-inspired small plates like crab claw omelette with manchego, lobster waffle topped with caviar, brown shrimp crumpet with a brandy seafood sauce, chorizo baked eggs with grilled sourdough, and the Seabird Halibut Burger with beer battered fish and caper & jalapeño aioli, alongside oyster platters and that signature octopus roll. All of this plus fantastic skyline views and a roster of live DJs? Sounds like a killer brunch to us.
