Not content with just creating a DIY meal kit (which they have done) Nico Simeone and the Six by Nico team have launched Home-X, an entire food and drink e-commerce platform, with six different brands available to shop from. There’s Chateau-X (chateaubriand, sides and wine), STEM wine club, The Cheese Club, 24 Carrot (vegan sharing dishes), E.Eatery (collab boxes with independent restaurants from across the UK) and Home by Nico.
The latter is the at-home version of Six by Nico – just like in the restaurant, the themes will change regularly but they’re four (not six) course menus. The current theme is Bangkok and the box includes tom yum soup with prawn dumplings, Panang red curry, crispy pork pad thai and cardamon & toasted coconut rice pudding. It’s £60 for two and each box includes a bottle of wine and nationwide delivery, which is pretty good value if you ask us.
