Bonus points if that terrace is next to a river – then you’ll be onto a real winner. Luckily, Gaucho in Canary Wharf is providing the perfect space to do just that.
Located in the heart of London’s iconic central business district, along the bank of the River Thames, this Gaucho outpost boasts some of the best views in the city. The spacious terrace is shaded with rows of trees and is brimming with greenery – it’s easy to forget you’re in the industrial hub, not an idyllic countryside scene. This is *the* spot to enjoy a post-work drink while the breeze off the river cools you down.
And to ring in the warmer months, Gaucho has introduced their weekly Chandon Sundowners sessions, complete with Chandon Garden Spritzes and live DJs. With award-winning Chandon Argentinean sparkling wine as the base, the spritzes are blended with Chandon’s original orange liqueur recipe (made with natural extracts from Valencian orange peels), herbs and a secret mix of spices.
