Good things come to those who wait, and we’ve been awaiting Health’s new album ‘Death Magic’ for a long time; a mere 6 years since the LA noise rockers graced our airwaves with their last LP ‘Get Color’. ‘STONEFIST’ is the second sample we’ve heard from the deathly magic and is by far the most enchanting.

The new single shown a departure from bands previous sound with industrial electro beats and unforgiving synths replacing raw, animalistic noise. If ‘STONEFIST‘ had a spirit animals it would be a Dementor dancing at rave. Vocalist Jake Duzsik sings that “loves not in our hearts” with a sense of urgency, however us here at LOTI have mad love for HEALTH’s new tracks.

‘DEATH MAGIC’ is released August 7th via Fiction Records.
