GIRLS

PINS have released their piercing new track ‘Young Girls’ and sees a departure from the quartets sound on their debut album ‘Girls Like Us’, with smooth riffs, syrupy harmonies and a bubbling bass. Earning it a place on your BBQ playlist. The song stares the future in the face and doesn’t blink. Vocalist and guitarists Faith Verns states the single is an “ode to wanna-be’s and gonna-be’s, it’s about having a dream and making it happen”. The Manchester four piece echo this in their lyrics, “What will we do? What will we do? What will we do when our dreams come true?” We should probably ask them what they are doing now then.

‘Young Girls’ is out now from the bands sophomore effort ‘Wildnights’, which is released June 8th on Bella Union.
