Simon Rogan’s six seat chef’s table restaurant Aulis is now delivering – and if you’ve been put off visiting the restaurant before for its £195 a head price point then this is a much more affordable way to try the food.

The menu, available throughout lockdown, begins with beetroot and orange cured salmon with whipped sour crème, winter greens and an elderflower vinaigrette accompanied by soda bread and butter. Next up is beef cheek accompanied by a bean cassoulet and roasted kale followed by Simon’s infamous caramelised apple tart with toffee sauce and pickled berries to finish. We’ve had this dessert at Roganic before (one of our top 20 restaurants), and can confirm it is an absolute banger. The menu is set to change regularly too, so if you’re a fan, you can keep coming back for more.

The menu, priced at £45 per person, can be delivered anywhere in zone 1 – 3 or collected from the restaurant in Soho. If you’re out of that delivery radius, there’s also the new ’Simon Rogan at Home’ range, which is available for delivery nationwide and includes meal kits, wine flights and even special Christmas and New Year packages.
