Jingly indie Swedes Shout Out Louds are releasing a single made of ice. The group are selling ten copies of the aptly titled ‘Blue Ice’ which can be played on a record player like a vinyl. Rather than having to turn up with a freezer bag at your record store though, they singles come as a kit with a mould, so once your initial copy has melted, you can easily freeze up another. Apparently distilled water works best. The track is a preview of the band’s new album, ‘Optica’, which comes out in February.
