AND it’s no secret that we love a good brunch too, so when we heard of the brunch mash up between Dumpling Shack and Shotgun, well we jumped for joy. Hooking up for one day only, the BBQ joint will welcome the Broadway Market favourites into their kitchen to cook up a Dim Sum style ‘People’s Brunch’. With the feast including a crabmeat wonton, soup dumplings, smoked brisket bao, dirty rice & pork floss, sticky ribs and a salted egg custard 1235 donut to finish, it’s the co-lab we’ve all be waiting for. Sure to be a sell out, you better get on this one quick.
