LOTI EATS: SHACKFUYU BRUNCH

shackfuyu-LOTI

Following a relaunch at the end of last year, Shackfuyu is ringing in the changes once more by jumping on the boozy brunch bandwagon. A selection Shack classics and brand new dishes, the menu perfectly reflects their yoshoku style of Japanese food. The £29 option starts with two small plates, and with the likes of Korean fried wings and green tea waffles with smoked bacon and black sesame butter in the mix, you’re not short of choices.

Then comes the larger plate options. The beef short rib, served bo ssam style, is a great sharer and in true Bone Daddies fashion, requires you to get your hands dirty making lettuce wraps with the platter of meat, pickles and sauces. Definitely one of the must order dishes at Shackfuyu – no matter what time of day you visit.. And then comes the insta-famous Kinako French toast with soft-serve matcha ice cream.

AND on top of all that grub, you get unlimited pineapple sake, served from a customised airline trolley, and if you wanted to upgrade to bubbles, it’s just an extra tenner on top…bangin’ value for brunch with a difference (not an avo in site!).
