The British seaside is coming to London as Searcys transform the top of The Gherkin this summer…yes fishing boats, deck chairs and beach huts are all getting transported 40 floors up for six weeks, starting this July. Chef Barry Tonks will serve up a menu showcasing the best of British in the Coastline Restaurant, including beef wellington, gourmet fish and chips and fresh seafood from Cornwall, Colchester and Scotland. The Beach Hut Bar will also be celebrating British produce with English sparkling wines from Nyetimber and cocktails created by Plymouth Gin. Bookings open 7th June so get that date in your diary if you wanna be beside the seaside…in the sky!
