last week we were ashamed to say we’d never visited the Sea Life London Aquarium. That all changed however when we were given the task of entertaining our 2 year old nephew, and that is NO easy task. So we took to the streets and headed towards the South Bank to find the big fishes because he didn’t like sharks…in fact neither do we!

Once inside we headed down into the unknown, we say unknown we mean two floors underground which was in fact quite dark. What followed was nearly a two hour adventure with all kinds of fish you can imagine, turtles, octopus, starfish, NEMO, crabs, a crocodile and even penguins. In fact we liked the penguins the best.

There is even a touch pool where you can put your hands in and the shrimp clean your nails – expect to see that on the High Street soon! The Aquarium costs about £15 each but keep an eye out for offers online or in the paper.

We have to say we bloody enjoyed this place as did the nephew and we weren’t even (that) scared of the sharks!
