Padella has a queue no matter what time or day of the week it is but what if we said we could get you in minus the need to queue (and no we won’t be standing in line for you)? Say hello to Walkin. This little app lets you join a restaurant queue from several kilometres away so you don’t actually have stand there in the line. Places like Padella, Din Tai Fung, Flat Iron, Hoppers and El Pastor are all on the app, with even more restaurants set to come on board.
So far, the Walkin system has seated over 125,000 a month and has saved hungry people 35 million minutes in queuing time. No ressies, no problem…just tap the app and wait in the pub rather than on the street.
