It’s the first time the brand has held an official sample sale in London
If you’re all about understated minimalism, then you’ll want to pay attention to one of the best sample sales in London coming up at the end of January. German brand Jil Sander is hosting a three-day sample sale at Showcase in St James’s – its first ever official sample sale in the capital – where prices will be slashed on a range of womenswear, menswear, footwear, and accessories.
Founded way back in 1968, Jil Sander has become the name for minimalist modern designs – and given it’s been going for nearly fifty years, it’s obviously doing something right. The brand is known for high-quality craftsmanship, clean lines and elegant tailoring, and with a largely neutral colour palette, plus some fun pops of colour, Jil Sander pieces can effortlessly slot into any wardrobe and will be there for many years to come.
There’s a £2 entrance fee, which is being donated to charity and you have to be a Showcase member to get access to the sale, so make sure you sign up and book a slot below. VIP members get early access to the sale on Tues 28th January from 2pm – 3.30pm, with slots available for Priority members for the rest of that day, and then it’s general access for the final two days. Showcase is pretty strict on entry times and browsing sessions, so you should be prepared for some speedy trying on and shopping, and all sales are final (you can pay by both cash and card) so there’ll be no exchanges or refunds available.
