French cognac and orange liqueur Grand Marnier is toasting Bastille Day with three special serves
Grand Marnier is bringing a bit of French flair to London to mark Bastille Day, and not just for the day, but the whole week.
The iconic French liqueur is teaming up with Bethnal Green cocktail bar Satan’s Whiskers, one of the World’s 50 Best Bars, with Senior Bartender Yoann Tarditi, who grew up in the French Riviera, creating three exclusive cocktails for the occasion.
Each of the three serves showcase how the cognac notes and bitter orange aroma of Grand Marnier elevate the complexity of the drinks. Here’s what you’ll be able to toast the day with:
- Coquetel Josephine, with Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, cognac, sauternes, apricot, lemon & orange blossom
- Grand Peach Cobbler, with Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, peach, Lillet Blanc, pineapple & lemon
- Riviera Special, with Grand Marnier Louis Alexandre, Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit aperitif, almond & passion fruit
The Grand Marnier cocktails cost £12 each and they’ll be available at Satan’s Whiskers for a whole week. SANTÉ!
