Santa Maria, the mini-chain that slings some of the best pizzas in London, is launching a spin-off vegan pizzeria. Vergine Maria, opening on the site of the original Santa Maria in Ealing (which is moving to a different spot in the area), will be exclusively plant-based with the menu including dishes not available at the other sites, non-pizza dishes and collabs with vegan brands.
