Spa InterContinental at No.1 Park Lane has announced a new range of treatments, teaming up with SUNDÃRI, the Ayurvedic-inspired Californian skincare and treatment line.  We popped in to check out the spa and sample a treatment from the new menu.

Located in the InterContinental hotel, the spa itself is an oasis of calm and pretty spacious too with its fair share of treatment rooms. The new menu is all about personalisation and starts with a consultation, we wanted a massage and a facial so combined both in a 60 minute treatment.

Starting with a foot bath – all great treatments start with a foot bath – we were then given a massage, using hot oils and a medium pressure as requested. Flipped over it was time for our facial which started with a deep exfoliation followed by an intensive treatment mask. We entered the Spa InterContinental hungover and looking like death, we entered the office afterwards, and we quote “looking rejuvenated and fresh”.

Treatments start from £45.
