Micheal John has opened a third London salon, this time it’s a little further West located in Knightsbridge. We went down to check out the salon which is just a 5 minute walk from the station. First impressions, it’s a lot smaller than the Mayfair salon and less busy but it actually feels nice to have a quieter salon, especially nursing a hangover…
Senior Artistic Director Sara Chatterton took care of our hair needs, first up we had a treatment with a vegetable oil wash to add the gloss back – god knows our fizzy mop needed it! After a very lengthy head massage, it was on to the chop.
Sara’s been in the industry for a long time and clearly knows her stuff – she recommended we take a good couple of inches off to reconnect the layers and reshape the fringe. After much snipping and adding of various products, we were given a big bouncy blow dry and we were ready to go. An amazing cut, blow dry and some top tips – we’ll defo be making the trip West to Micheal John again.
