SALON SPY | CHARLES WORTHINGTON BLONDE MENU

Charles Worthington is quite the reputable name in the hair industry and the fact that the company has over 30 years of salon experience it’s clear they’re doing something right. They recently launched a new Blonde Menu concept, which aims to give clients a visual understanding of the treatments on offer to them. We went down to their Fitzrovia store to try it out.

The menu consists of six different looks to choose from, including blonde bronde, foilayage and bebe lights. As we had dark hair we went for the foilayage treatment, which is a great way to start the initial blonde process. The treatment involves a mixture of foils and balayage from the mid lengths, meaning your hair is left with its natural roots blending into blonde warmer tones. Pre-treatment, our stylist Isaac used the ‘colour fan’ device to determine which tones best complimented our skin. Once the colours were chosen and the treatment was applied it was time for the cut. Our hair was in need of some serious TLC after all the sunshine this summer so Isaac gave it a good chop leaving it refreshed and split end-free.

As you know colour treatments can take some time, so another highlight worth mentioning are the complimentary nibbles that come with your drink. There’s also pink fizz on the salons drink menu for you to treat yourself too.

If you’re like us and find it hard to decide what you want at the hairdressers, frantically looking on Instagram for inspo before your appointment then the Charles Worthington Blonde Menu is ideal for you. Not only is it much easier to understand the different options when you’ve got images to go alongside the treatment descriptions, you’re in the hands of experts so the looks are recreated effortlessly. Prices start from £95 depending on the blonde you choose.
