has sprung and to celebrate Saka No Hana have launched a pop-up cherry blossom bar. What does that mean? It means the bar is now crammed with cherry blossom trees, that and a special menu featuring some new cherry blossom cocktails, desserts and a lunch time bento box.

We went down and as you can see from the pics its pretty with a capital P. We sampled the Hanami bellini with sparkling sake, Luxardo cherry liqueur, Heering cherry liqueur, lime and Tanqueray gin and the Sakurantini, Maraschino cherry liqueur; sake, vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime and orange bitters both every bit as sweet as they sound!

photo 2 (5)We also indulged in the stunning Sakura Palet d’or, cherry-chocolate dessert with fresh cherries, nashi pear, almonds and ginger, and cherry blossom tea ice-cream made from the leaves of cherry blossom trees. Gents. this is definitely one to impress the ladies!
