Cherry blossom season is in full swing and like Roka, Sake no Hana is celebrating with a spesh sakura installation. Rebecca Louise Law’s artwork features 24,000 hand-dried real flowers and covers the ceiling of the restaurant, so you can dine under the blossoms just as they do in Japan. And you can tuck into a limited edition sakura-inspired menu too, featuring miso soup, a sushi bento box, grilled dishes like Sumiyaki rib eye beef with chilli ponzu, and cherry desserts.
