Get a taste of Spain this summer, no travel required with one of the new at-home boxes from Sabor. Nieves Barragan Mohacho and Jose Etura have launched Sabor en Casa, meaning you can recreate both the Michelin-starred restaurant’s counter and asador experience in your own kitchen.
The £58 Counter box features prawn croquetas, tortilla mix, gambas al ajillo, pulpo a la gallega, presa iberica with veal jus & mojo verde, and beetroot salad & horseradish cream. The £70 Asador box contains all of that except the presa iberica, with arroz negro and milk-fed lamb ribs with chimichurri sauce too.
You can also order pantry items like olive oil and aioli, Spanish wines, and ready-made cocktails like the Fino Negroni to complete your feast. Boxes can be ordered every Monday for delivery (or pick-up from the restaurant) on Friday.
