Rush Hair is one of the fastest growing salon brands in the UK and they’ve recently opened the doors to their 22nd London salon in Kentish Town, so we swung by to check out the space and get a quick chop. Not only does Rush have over two decades of experience in the hair game and is a regular brand at events like London Fashion Week, its stylists won Artistic Team of the Year at the 2017 British Hairdressing Awards so we’re more than happy to let them loose on our locks.
The new site is very much in-keeping with the Rush aesthetic – clean and modern, with massive mirrors on either wall and a row of chairs in front of each. This, coupled with the fact that the centre of the salon is kept clear, makes it appear much bigger than it actually is and means that it doesn’t feel crowded. Our stylist Adrian was quick but thorough, whipping through a wash, cut and blow-dry in under an hour, taking the dead ends off our hair and tidying it up without losing too much length. And thanks to the Kerastase products, our hair was left looking a whole lot shinier and healthier.
