Following in the 2012 Olympics legacy, a brand new half marathon for London has just launched east-side. Taking place on Sunday 22 June, Run Hackney will weave runners through the closed streets of the Borough – including the Olympic Park (obvs), starting and ending at Hackney Marshes. With a flat route throughout, it means it’s the ideal stomping ground for beginners as well as the place for those hot-footed cheetahs among you to set a new PB.
