over to the other side of the river, Rum Kitchen are shacking up in Brixton for their third site. Swinging their doors open in August expect all the usual Caribbean grub alongside some brand spanking new dishes, like the grilled red snapper with mixed pepper escovitch & avocado salsa and a jerk fried chicken burger with spicy lime salt & scotch bonnet mayo on the menu. Living up to its name, the bar will also shake up over 40 cocktails and boast over 200 rums, including the exclusively bottled RK x 25-Year-Old Plantation Rum from Trinidad, so you definitely won’t be going thirsty at this joint.
