After opening a vegan butcher in Islington last year, the Rudy’s team is now adding a vegan diner to the area and they’re doing it right next door. It’ll be similar to the original diner in Camden, serving up plant-based versions of American fast food like burgers made with grilled soya beef mince patties, baycon & cheeze; mac & cheeze; a reuben with seitan pastrami, sauerkraut, Russian dressing & cashew nut cream cheeze; and vegan freakshakes like the Rainbow Unicorn, a vanilla shake topped with bubblegum syrup and vegan candy.
The butcher is running a click & collect service and yhe Camden site is currently on Deliveroo at weekends so if the new restaurant opens before dine-in service is allowed we’d imagine deliveries and takeaways would also start running from there.
