A fiery Jamaican joint, Rudie’s is opening in Dalston, yuh mun! Although sticking firmly to traditional techniques, all dishes will have a contemporary twist. Jerk dishes smoked over sweet wood, spiced lobster patties and various saucy small plates make us wanna sing ‘here come the hot steppa!’

The bar will serve a selection of Jamaican rums such as Wray & Nephew and cocktails with a Jamaican twist.
