may remember back in February when we discovered Ruby’s cocktail den, well now the secret is out and everyone is in on it! This weekend, to celebrate the Olympics Ruby’s are taking over the whole of the Castle Gibson premises and throwing a special Chariots of Fire party.

As well as showing the action live on a big screen, there will be a selection of local and world beers plus game-changing concoctions like the ‘Blackberry Mojito’ and the ‘Chili Apple Martini’. DJ Miles J Hartley will be spinning the tunes and food is by local guerilla gastronomes Hidden Dining served in a 40-seat restaurant set up just for the weekend.

There’ll also be some topical additions to the menu including the ‘Going for Gold (Tequila) and Watermelon’. And if that wasn’t enough to get you in the queue , the rustic MC Motors who have played host to numerous Olympic photo shoots over the past few months, will be showcasing a selection over the weekend including the likes of Linford Christie and Kriss Akabusi. This place is pretty special and rarely open to the public so make the most people!

Entry is Free but if your names not down you’re not getting in. To confirm your place RSVP names to rubys@castlegibson.com
