Experimental wizards Bompas & Parr are back in town with a brand new sensory experience and it’s a world first. The pair are creating a flavour rainbow as part of the Royal Docks Originals Festival, so if you head down underneath the Silvertown Way flyover you’ll actually be able to taste the rainbow as it releases different coloured flavoured mists. It’s inspired by the history of the docks and the kind of goods that were moved through the area, so the flavours will include things like spices, coffee and sugar. Once you’re done sticking your tongue out in the air, you can check out a second rainbow built over the docks that’ll be illuminated when the sun shines on it, just like the real thing.
