ups, bloody Pop ups, you might think we’re a bit crazy but we still do love a good pop up – emphasis on good. The latest pop-up comes from one of our favourite Indian joints in London, Roti Chai. Part of the Indian music festival Darbar, The Chaat Shack pop up and bar will be on the Southbank next week dishing up Indian street food favourites like Tandoori Chicken Chaat and Bombay Bhel Puri served alongside Roti Chai’s signature drinks like the Lychee Teapot Martini.
