Chai, the popular West End street kitchen and dining room, has teamed up with the Southbank Centre to create a very special treat for all you Indian cuisine fiends. Running from Thursday 8 May to Monday 26 May, the Festival Village that lurks under the Queen Elizabeth Hall will be transformed into a scrummy South Asian sanctuary – The Chaat Shack & Chai Bar.

Featuring a selection of chaats, masala chai, and chilli chicken buns that have been created by the Roti Chai founder, Rohit Chugh – the pop-up venue is set to be a prime scoffing spot for the early summer season. Don’t forget to check out their signature cocktails and Malabar coffee, too!
