Ronnie Scott’s Is Going Live On One Of London’s Sexiest Rooftops

Seabird welcomes back its sold-out jazz series this autumn

Good news for anyone who likes their Sundays with a side of live music: the legendary Ronnie Scott’s is teaming up with Seabird, the rooftop restaurant atop The Hoxton Southwark, to bring back its sold-out jazz series this October. Eight Sundays of live jazz, blues and soul served up high above the city, in partnership with Grey Goose. Each session runs with dining and DJs from 12–4pm, followed by a headline performance at 5pm, so you can make a proper afternoon of it.

The series launches on Sunday 18th October with award-winning Scottish jazz vocalist Georgia Cécile, then runs weekly through to early December. Highlights along the way include the Joe Webb Trio’s jazz-meets-Britpop set (25th Oct), soulful vocalist Betty Black (1st Nov), groove-led trumpeter Jackson Mathod (8th Nov), pianist and vocalist Natalie Duncan (15th Nov), the Alec Harper Trio (22nd Nov) and award-winning jazz and soul vocalist Cherise (29th Nov), before drummer and composer Myele Manzanza closes things out with his modern jazz and African rhythm fusion on 6th December.
